MUCH PAIN

Sign in to disble this ad
While in the middle of a practice session this week my shoulder where the strap crosses began to hurt. I finally had to give in to it and stop. Now two days later and I really hurt. I am thinking a pinched nerve. Anyone else ever experience this ? Typing this message with one hand and the left shoulder is still killing me. Any suggestions other than going to a doctor? I have never had this happen before and really have never gotten pain from playing before. You know how your shoulder can get tired while playing but this is severe pain. Thinking of calling out of work today but what do you say.

Probably just a localized inflamation, Motrin and ice should take care of it in a couple of days. Try a wider strap.
