I am living in Vancouver British Columbia Canada, and although the scenery is beautiful, the city just does not support the Arts and musicians. You basically have to play for free or next to nothing and no one seems to want to come out and check out live bands any more. I love playing bass in bands, I have been doing it for long time, and I don't want to become a bitter person who only complains. I just need some input on how to create a scene that people enjoy. What do bands in other cities do to make a scene work? Any and all input is appreciated. |
