So this has been bugging me for awhile and now it could be effecting my business, I need some help, heh

Here are the topics that I'm con serened of how copyright law applies in a business sense.

1) Covering other bands copyrighted songs, for pay (performance).
2) Teaching others how to cover copyrighted songs (in person via private instruction).
3) Teaching others how to cover copyrighted songs (by video).
4) Tabs.

I'm going to continue to crawl google for the time being, but I figured this would be the place to ask for professional help.
