Took my sons guitar in to a smaller mom and pop music store in St.Cloud-great people and always beat GC prices. The guy there had a gloom and doom look on his face--a guitar rack fell over and at least 3 guitars bit it hard--1 was a Taylor electric/acoustic-the new style that came out not long ago. That one has a huuuge ding in body.Said 2 more had necks snapped off.I was bummed for him.Wasn't a careless or clumsy customer, rack just fell outta the blue.

I hope it works out for them-he said calling the owner was not a call he wanted to make.I asked out of curiosity what if a customer did that(had a lot of differing opinions on this subject on another thread)He said if a customer damages something, and it is truly an accident, they can work something out.He has had to chase more than one knucklehead kid down the street for intentional damage or goofing around.
