Hey talkbass! Been a while since I posted. But anyway, a few bass friends of mine told me they have never been to rockin robin or TME, so we are getting together today and visit TME, gc north, gc south, and rockin robin. My question is, are there any other music stores in houston that are worth going to for a bass player?

Ended up at GC North. Nice store but typical GC. I'll be back in Houston over the next two weeks so I'd love to hear some advice about the best local/national stores. I'd also love to find out where to go to hear some great local music during the week.

From downtown Houston, get on I10 west and drive 75 miles to Columbus.
Take a right on Hwy 71 and drive 80 miles to Austin. |
