The Bass Place in Tempe.

They sell a lot of basses on eBay as well.

Their stuff is good gear at the right price. When they are tired of a bass, they price for a quick sell. They also have a luthier on staff, so the stuff comes with good setup, not a half inch action at the 12th like at GC.
