I'm make my living in video production and post-production, so I'll offer my "professional" opinion.
Pretty darn good! I liked the use of different shooting styles - you had nice smooth pans, and some good shakey cam footage that didn't look like amateur camera work. The contrasty black and white footage looked really good (I love the lighting!), but some of the shots looked a little inconsistent. For example, when you compare the shot of the drummer at 1:14 with the following shot of the singer at 1:15, the shot of the singer looks like there's a grey film over the screen compared with the shot of the drummer, which looks more crisp and contrasty (you can see a similar thing at ~1:23). This can be fixed pretty easily with a color corrector, which I think every modern editing software except iMovie and Windows Movie Maker should have.
I like the song, too.
Oh, and please realize that I think you're at a pretty talented level, so I feel like I can offer these nit-picky constructive criticisms. If you didn't do everything else so well, I wouldn't have focused on something so trivial. But the trivial is what separates the Professionals from the Hobbyists.
If this kind of work is something you're interested in, I'd highly recommend buying
The DV Rebel's Guide. I've learned tons from this book, and it has changed how I light and shoot things quite a bit.
Anyways, great job!
