I didn't get a chance to see the video before it was removed, but based on my experience with the crowd here at TB I would say that though the criticism might seem harsh, it was honest, and should be taken as constructive (though I think more helpful words than derivatives of the infinitive verb "to suck" could have been used).
You're just 16, and this is your very first video. Keep at it. No one puts out "Dark Side of the Moon" on their first try.
