my firs 2 issues of BASS GUITAR MAGAZINE

Bass Player Magazine is becoming really thinner and full of ads, so I decided to subscribe for UK Bass Guitar Magazine.
My first 2 issues arrived, so I made a little, personal rewiew:
Plus: 90 pages! Satin finish paper,lots of music lessons,giant photos on gear tests,lots of interwiews, a really good magazine!
Minus: no Q&A format on interwiew (but it's only a matter of taste). Laks of technical informations about gear used by artists in some interwiew (but some are ok). No vintage gear corner,no reader's letters.
Conclusions: A really good magazine, full of features and gear.
It costs me the same as BP (I live in EU) but it's bigger and better. Sadly,free Rotosound strings are for UK subscribers only, but they sent me some gadgets.

I live in Canada and subscribe to it. I bought an issue of Bass Player last week for the first time in about 4 months - just nothing there. I think I read one or two articles. Probably won't buy another issue for quite awhile. On our side of the pond the cover price for Bass Guitar is 2x what Bass Player is but I read the whole magazine. Well worth it to me.
