After joining the Sons of Neptune in November, we will be performing our first show on February 24th at the famous Blue Moon Tavern in University District, about 4 miles north of downtown Seattle. Three bands will be performing, we are playing first at 9pm.
I'm quite excited for my first show. I'm not nervous by any means (got over that doing piano recitals when I was a kid), but just thought I'd share my excitement with you guys!
To address what kind of band we are, we are a psychedelic-progressive rock band who plays only original tunes. I've been playing bass for years, so I won't be pulling any of that whole-note stuff as a clarification.
