My new friend: Peavey T-25 Special for $75 (w OHSC!)

I purchased a Peavey T-25 Special It was listed as $80, got them down to $75.
Came with an OHSC, in wonderful shape.
The story:
On my way to school the bus drove by (Yes, I still use the bus) the pawn shop and I saw the back of the guitar, I knew then it was a Peavey.
When I got home, I got my bike and rode to the store.
I asked, called home (my parents are sick of my guitar habit) and got the thing.
The neck needs work, the guitar looks like it's been painted like 4 times, going by the neck pocket, and then stripped, and it was DIRTY.
The headstock decals are long gone, but the neckplate and rear of the headstock indicate this is real. Plus there is a light imprint of the headstock logo left behind. The pics don't show this.
Cleaned it off, electronics work, and it has the real cool ebonite fingerboard ofund only on T-25 specials.
Bridge doesn't look original, if anyone can confirm this, thanks.

Did I mention the fun bike ride home with the weight throwing me a left?

Worth it, see pics.

That is a Peavey bridge. I don't recall for sure which bridge the T-25 came with originally. You might ask on the Peavey forum. They are very helpful about old Peavey guitars.

I remember them making a big deal in Monitor magazine back in the day about it having a 23 fret neck. Only 23 fret neck I have ever seen with a dot in the 23rd position.

I believe maybe there was a bridge cover that was a chrome ring that was once attached, as a Google search calls up.
