Well done! Very clean and easy to navigate. I almost didn't click the link because so many personal sites are a nightmare of bad web principles, but yours is quite good. If anything I think you could stand to give it just a touch more "pizazz" with a small splash of a more vivid color somewhere, but of course don't go overboard.

I like the looks of it, kind of "magazine" and not too busy. Easy to get around, reads nicely, intelligently writen without being pretentious. Might need some proof reading ( “perqs” or "Percs") But nothing glaring. I think mostly, I like the content. Book marked it and I'll be perusing for updates, etc...Congrats. Oh, and good luck.

Thanks RC!! Funny you point out Perqs..I actually looked it up and it had both perqs and percs, so I picked the one with the Q. I actually just changed it to "perks." I am dwelling a little too much on perks, percs, perqs...argh!! HAHA!!
