Need help creating/posting instructional video clips on the web..

I've been asked to create a series of short instructional (bass) video clips. I need to post these on the web. I have a simple Logitech Messenger Camera and am set up for recording audio, but I am not sure of where to go from here. How do I do this? Each video clip will be a maximum of 2 minutes long, and I do have server space available to host the clips. Can anybody give me some tips please?
