Need help identifying band I saw:(

this is from a gig I went to last December.... Foreigner were playing and some other bands .. anyone know who these guys are?

Man! The singer and the guitar player look familiar, but for some reason, the bald drummer just throws me. I'm going to guess Peter Noone with Herman's Hermits?
