Need help with Keith Urban quote

Sign in to disble this ad
One of my co-workers asked me about the source of a Keith Urban quote:
"Life is a balance of holding on and letting go."
I've tried Googling it every way imaginable (including his lyrics, of course), but have had no luck. It may have been something he said in an interview, or his personal motto, etc.
Any Urbanites out there?

I think there's no precise explanation, like you want to hear.
You just have to feel it for yourself....I found the meaning for it, and it did touch me.
And it's not complicated man...

Wouldn't the source be Keith Urban?

Allow me to explain:
We're looking for an attribution. For example: the title of the song containing those lyrics, a reference to an interview (any medium) in which he said it, etc., etc.
HELLLLPPP!!!
