| Need help updating Micron (MIDI)

I recently picked up a Line 6 M9 and a M-Audio Uno to update it with. I used Line 6 Monkey and it was a breeze. I'd like to update my Micron. Can someone point me in the direction of an easy to use/free program that will achieve my goal? I run XP SP3. A quick walkthrough would be great as well since the manual is pretty vague and I'm new to MIDI.
