Need recommendations for 4 Ohms, 15" element

I'm looking for a 4 Ohms, 15" element that's suitable for bass guitar in a ported cabinet.

It MUST have a power handling of at least 500W RMS, and have a frequency range that reaches 3500 Hz, or better.

Note: 4 Ohms only !!!

Any ideas ?
