REM and KRS-One -"Radio Song"
Metal Church and Sir-Mix-A-Lot-"Iron Man"
I think Korn and Ice Cube did something together. "Follow the Leader" maybe?
This would be a great source too: http://www.amazon.com/Judgment-Night.../dp/B00000297O

Run DMC is about the only example I can think of that I like...

I'm not a fan of any of them really... their music doesn't cater to the music really. I think it would be better if MCs worked with more mellow music that they'd be more likely to sample in their own production. If you ask me NAS and Korn are musical leagues apart (just one example of many).
