Question Need suggestions for Cancer benefit ffashion show runway music

Sign in to disble this ad
I know, odd request but figured out of all the members with various tastes in music, I could get suggestions, be them fresh or cliche.

The gig: Provide prerecorded music for Cancer benefit fashion show in which the runway 'models' are all cancer survivors.

I'm looking for typical upbeat, inspirational\motivational\fun music to play for the runway. I'm open to all genres.

To clarify, I'm not performing live. I'm essentially providing PA and DJing the event.

What about euro-trashy dance mixes? Take a few Daft Punk, Justice, Cassius and Mobile Simian Disco tracks and put 'em together. Best part, you could probably piece it together by scouring MP3 blogs.

www.hypem.com is a good place to start.

Bloc Party's "Flux" might also be good.

An excellent song to turn any serious event into a parody of itself
