Nerve gig in NYC!!! 5/19 at APT.

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey y'alls, announcing a little gig appearance this Tuesday night at APT. in NYC.

We'll be playing two sets, doors are at 9pm, and I think we'll play two sets, one at about 10:30, and one at about 12:30... this will be a super intimate gig, as anyone who has been to APT. knows, it is small!

Come hang out! $10 cover.

http://www.aptnyc.com/

419 W.13th St. Manhattan....

Cheers,
John

i'm pretty sure that APT is strictly 21+... sorry... you could possibly contact the club and see what's up?

most places are pretty strict about it here in NYC.

maybe it'd be good for me to not go, i dont have the money to support my GAS list as it is..

if i went i'd probably decide pretty quickly on a few pedal purchases..

John, let me know if you ever play Providence or Boston; I'll be there with at least 7 or 8 people.

I would love to see a US tour......The live electronic/dance scene is gaining some traction in the States. It has kind of grafted itself on the the hippie/jam band scene. It seems all the jam bands now seem to dabble in some type of house/electronic stuff now days. I think you would be able to sell out shows in most bigger sized cities. I'm sure you could get fellow TBers to promote for you in their towns.....I would wall paper Kansas City with flyers if you came.
Do you have a promoter in the US for the Nerve?

I'll try to get out and bring a friend that is a big house and electrobeat fan.

I'd like to hear your synth stylings in action.

Telling my NYC friends - I don't think I'll be able to make the commute, so I'll have to live vicariously.

Come down to phillie when you get the chance, the electronic/ jam band scene is surprisingly large and growing quickly.

Yeah, I'm not really into that scene, but Philly and SF is the two places where it really started and is going strong.
Disco Biscuts,Louts, STS9 etc...
I guess it is good thought, my band is kind of in that style....more like the Nerve though...Jazz Players doing DnB, Dubstep ect.

Would LOVE to be there... over the last few months, I've been getting way into the Biscuits, STS9, Lotus, and acts like that. I've never heard your stuff John (PM me a link!!!), but I bet I'd dig it. Let me know if you get anywhere near DC!

This is kind of like saying, "I love funk, but I've never heard of you Mr James Brown, where can I hear your stuff?"
