New member, quick question

As you already know, I'm new here, thought I'd introduce myself and say hi to everyone. I consider myself primarily a guitarist but I have played a fair share of bass both live and on recordings.

My reason for coming here was to see if I could connect with the bass player my band is now in need of. What forum would be appropriate to place such an ad?

As far as forums for the subject you asked about, this forum is pretty much it. And you've already done it.

Generally we try to keep these to a minimum to prevent losing a lot of bandwidth to want ads. Response to these kinds of threads tends to be low.

Edmonton, Canada..... our music is all original.. very heavily Zeppelin/Sabbath influenced, with some other stuff as well. We're all in our late teens, we have an album almost completely recorded.
