| I would think Memphis would be first and Austin second for musicians seeking refuge. I know there has been some effort to make resources (City housing and help finding gigs) available to exiled musicians in Boulder, Colorado. The damage in New Orleans is massive and much of it is permanent for the middle and lower classes, especially the 9th Ward and St. Bernard Parish.
