New Wave of British Hardcore?

So I've been listen to Gallows almost all summer, and I just found out about Frank's brother and his band Blackhole, which seems to be (dare I say) even more aggressive than Gallows.

I'm jealous that you Brits actually have a hardcore scene. Nowadays the American "hardcore" scene is primarily neon-colored 14 year olds who stand around at a show and only move whenever the breakdown happens, and then they slam dance.

But you Brits... seems like you have what America had in the 80s and 90s, an actual punk scene. Care to share any bands that might not be big over here yet? Care to share comment on the scene itself in the UK?

To my eternal shame, despite my love of hardcore it's not something I'm too clued up on. Anyone got any good recommendations for shows round Manchester way?
