NOLA - Bourbon St Bassist - have a drink on me

my apologies, I'm not sure where to post this. Destiny dropped me in New Orleans for the night (last night too actually) Looking for a local bassist or 2 that has worked bourbon street to have a quick drink with. I'm not looking to steal your whole night, just a 1/2 hour or so. I'm curious of how such a music intensive town treats its musicians and how the whole scene works.

Unfortunately, I dont know how long I'll be around to check posts, so if you dont hear back from me, I probably already headed out somewhere.

I know this is totally last minute, but I figured I'd throw it out there - I have gotten pretty huge responses to other posts quicker than a hiccup - so my fingers are crossed
