Not Impressed, Maybe I'm wrong

Maybe someone can explain this to me, maybe being English I don't get it.

I decided I'd get a Radial ProD2 but my local stockist was out and wasn't sure when he'd get any in so I though I'll just import one like I've done with pretty much everything I've bought in the past few years, had a friend recommend me a store but have to say I'm less than impressed with their response

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
And I got this in response (I'll keep names out of it.)

If you are interested in receiving a shipping estimate for an international shipment you must first call in during store hours. 10 a.m. -6 p.m. Monday - Friday and 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday Central time.

All international orders must be pre-paid via International Postal Money Order and all orders must be placed via the phone. Also, International buyers are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Maybe I'm over reacting but I never had to call Valenti basses, Tone Factor or EA about buying or getting information from them, it's just not cost effective with it being like $3-$4 a minute when I don't know if I'm going to be put on hold for 10minutes or what. All I asked for was a price on the unit including shipping and see about any discounts and such, I have ommited one line from each quote as you'd figure out who the company is and I'm not into naming and shaming

So yeah anyone know where I can get a Radial ProD2 from?

Warren at Front End Audio has been very responsive to my multiple emails. Friendly and helpful.

I know Sweetwater is fairly limited in what they can ship outside the US, but they may be worth a shot.

You could try contacting a distributer in your region.
