| | | | Maybe this has something to do with it: "...you hereby grant NPR, NPR member stations, and other Content Providers, and their respectivelicensees a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, copy, sublicense, modify, transmit, publicly perform, display, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, and/or adapt your User Materials in any and all media formats or channels, whether now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, the NPR Web Sites, NPR member station web sites, third party licensee web sites, over the air (on radio or television), and on mobile platforms, without payment and without further consent or notice to you. Did you see the sloth video at the end of all that? I think I played with that guy.

If you went into their studios and recorded for a peice on air you would be doing the same...
theyre not trying to steal your riffs.
and yeah.. that furry makes me shudder. Quote:

I often tried to imagine how I could magically become the Sleater-Kinney bass player. I wonder what sort of bass solo she would actually like, then??? |

They did have a little bass here and there (a track or two on The Hot Rock, etc.). The Sleater-Kinney guitar solos were usually those typical short, clanky chordy indie sort of solos, so maybe not a 5-minute Wooten-type solo | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
