Until then, I will continue to play the one that is sitting in my living room right now. Until my friend decides that I have had it long enough and wants it back, that is. He was going to sell it to me about a month ago, but decided against it. SO, I borrowed it about a week ago to spend a little more time on one. It's gonna be tough giving it back.

...naming your dog Roscoe is either serious brand loyalty or truly disturbing...maybe both???

Eristic, what color is the Roscoe with the maple fingerboard. My monitor is not very good at translating colors.
If you REALLY want an SKB fretless, go to Bass NW for a beautiful one! It's probably a killer!

I'm actually butting heads with Gard about a BEAD LG3004 that I'll probably get around to ordering in the spring/early summer of next year.

The Roscoe LG stole me back to 4s after I almost dedicated myself to 5s. Two years on the Roscoe, and I'm just picking up 5+s again. I'd LOVE to play a Roscoe 6 now. Hmm... A Roscoe might make a good grad present to myself for finishing college!
Brendan... Roscoe gonna be able to do you a black wide-spaced Roscoe 4? My Roscoe 4 is jazz-width, and I've never seen a Roscoe without a fancy Roscoe top.

Jivetrk,
I love that bass too! You have some terrific looking woods on that puppy. Have you ever thought about installing an Aguilar 3-band in there?
Matt,
Go for the 7, man!! We're almost into September -- you can tell your wife it's an early Christmas present!
