Only problem is that most of my practice time was dedicated to practicing for this.

Now I'm left with nothing to do bass-wise.

What kind of things could I do? I'm pretty happy with scales/arpeggios and all that and my theory is fine.

Help!

Well, you are 20 years old; I'm sure there is a thing or two you can learn. . . LOL.

When I'm bored, I just put on Internet radio (www.pandora.com, or www.radioparadise.com) and play along.

Instant, free and fun lessons. Also for fun, try picking styles that are not what you usually play, and analize the bass. . . you never know when you'll get a call for a Calypso gig.

Take lessons. That will solve the "nothing to practice" thing really quick.

Get a drum machine and practice playing ahead of and behind the beat to work on your groove and timing. Scales and theory don't mean much if you can't groove.
