If everything fails, lower your price.

Maybe now someone will bite!

I'd bid...

Just so I could build it, then slap him upside the head with it.

That's 200 thousand POUNDS. About 355,000$, if I'm not mistaken.

Apparently it's a new trend: If something doesn't sell, raise the price!

Hey, c'mon guys, he's at least going to have his friend sign a letter that said he officially sold it.

If you seriously and honestly would consider biding then please contact me for info on what the device helps
Wait ... Wait! He didn't say 'consider bidding' ... he said 'consider biding' ... I checked out my Merriam-Webster for the authoritative definition

Quote:
bide (bīd) verb biding

verb, intransitive

1.To remain in a condition or state.
2.a. To wait; tarry. b. To stay: bide at home. c. To be left; remain.

idiom.
bide (one's) time
To wait for further developments.

[Middle English biden, from Old English bīdan.]

So he really wants you to wait ...to tarry ... to bide your time

Well, the starting bid is 155,000£, and that's around 275,000$ US. A steal, man! What are we waiting for?

Ebay and the internet. Uniting P.T. Barnum with a higher% of the suckers born every minute than has ever been possible in history.

“Your not going to sell it without people knowing what it is” Well, that’s the beauty of this auction, the mystery of it. No one knows what it is, giving the buyer the freedom to take full credit. I don’t want the credit or millions of pounds just to get my self respectively on my feet.
The mystery is just how much of an idiot this guy is...

I still don't think it would pass the "light my guitar on fire as an offering to the gods of rock" safety test...
