Almost forgot about this until the Misfits thread.
Last night as I was leaving work a friend called and said Bill Stevenson's new band, Only Crime, was playing an all ages show. For those that don't know, Bill is the drummer of the Descendants and All, and formerly of Black Flag.
Only Crime is much more 'punk rock' than either the Descendants and All, and they were a damn tight band. Bill is still a great drummer and makes those faces like B.B. King makes while he's playing guitar! They were also all really cool and nice guys.
All in all it was a cool, early, evening. And I was very happy to have met another punk rock legend- and he was a really nice, gracious person to boot.
