Not sure if this goes in this forum:

I'm giving up my position in the band and it has been a smooth departure so far. This is a good band and deserves a good bassist. I've been with the band for roughly 1-1/2 years and have enjoyed playing with these guys. I'm leaving for personal reasons. I'll be happy to answer those questions in a PM.

The band is called Hard Country. They are local to the Murphy/Sachse/Plano area. I'll link to the band site so you can get a feel for what they do.

I don't think it matters if you're a four, five, or six string player. They are looking for a good egg with some skills who can handle some classic country, southern rock, and some Texas/regional covers. The originals are good as well. Bryan is a heck of a song writer and welcomes input and ideas.

There is also a full length CD in the works. It is almost ready for release.

PM me if you are interested and I'll put you in touch with the band. Thank you for your time.

Here is the link...
