| It's a Cool Edit Pro file. I think it's Adobe Audition now. I know Cool Edit Pro was shareware back before Adobe bought it, so you may still be able to get shareware to convert the file. I'm not sure what type of shareware it is, whether it's time limited, or feature limited. If it's time limited, you should be fine.
