Orders Gone Wrong

I havent really had much trouble with ordering on the interweb in the 2 years I've been doing it but this is getting ridiculous if not slightly funny.

I placed an order with a UK site last week for a Sansamp VT and a Boss BCB3O.
So I received the order Monday morning.I got a Boss BCB60 and a Sansamp BDDI.

The BCB30 costs £30 from this site,the BCB60 costs £100.
I contacted them straight away and they said it would be dealt with.

Guess what I got from the delivery man this morning?

Another BCB60.

Now I have 2 BCB60s and no BCB30.

I called them this afternoon and they promised it would be sorted.I certainly hope so.

Hardly a horror story but I felt compelled to post it here.

I have dealt with them before and they were great.
Maybe they have a new recruit in the warehouse.

Tell them you want the BCB60 and then they'll send you the BCB30.

Yes I asked them to arrange to take them back.I wouldn't feel comfortable keeping them besides I need the smaller BCB 30 cos I have a large Gator board already

I think I will buy the 30 from them in hope to get the 60

Sell the 60s, go to a store and buy the 30. You'll be £170 richer.

Two yrs ago I ordered a low $ 5er from MF to try. They sent me an upper-mid $ 5er by the same maker. I contacted them,they apologized for the mishap,and told me I could keep it or ship it back plus sent me a $25 giftcard for the 'inconvenience'! I kept it.
