You start to understand why Joe Jackson was so eager for his kids to hurry up and get rich so they could get out of Gary.

I should qualify that by acknowledging that domestic violence happens on the North Shore, too, but still...

I don't know if you've ever been to Garry,Indiana but it is pitiful and a true hell hole.

This is why I took up music. Not for murder mind you, but to change the world. I hope one day I can be rich and famouse like Bono and help out as many people as I can.

That really bites. I've got a suitemate that is from Merriville, but-the closest i'm willing to go to Gary is the interstate that goes outside of it.
