Pachelbel's Canon rant...funny!

I actually saw this on another forum I belong to. It's a comedian playing guitar talking about how horrible it was for him being a cellist in an orchestra that had to play Canon. He also talks about how it haunts him. Hilarious!

Clicky...

That little wanker was faking it. I've seen over a dozen videos of different kids playing that dag nabbed song and it sounds exactly the same. Dozen different people. Dozen different guitars. Exact same song. Blah. By the way, doesn't the guitar utilize effects too? Dozen people using no effects and still that same dag nabbed song. They should be made to choke on the heads of their dag nabbed guitars. Dag Nabbit.

First video with that comedian was dag nabbed hilarious.

Well, dag nabbit, that little wanker sure looked like he had his fingers in the right places to play those notes, so even if it ain't him, I'm impressed.

He might have been playing, but it wasn't him you heard. I think it would be nearly impossible for a dozen different covers to have the same exact sound.

But dag nabbit, if I'm wrong, that would be awesome. I would laud his skill.

Turns out, the first wanker is the great Jerry C, the one whom all the others emulate or play air guitar to.

Joe Jackson's brilliant song "Hometown" is a great take on Canon.

Love that tune, hope that kid is playing it, his tone is great. However, his filming skills leave a lot to be desired.
EDIT: Oh, so he is NOT playing that. Sad.....

What about this dude?
Is he playing it?
Is he isn't, I can rest easy in my judgement that all these little wankers copying the song are faking.

Again, I hope I'm wrong.

The Children of Bodom video was pretty cool, But this is more my style. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkNXw...elated&search=

I used to do a tapping Pachelbel thing with a couple of guys I played the occasional wedding with. But all I got to do was basically the dull cello part. I would do the 'eight stupid notes' with my left hand on the E and A strings while arpeggiating them up around the octave of the D and G strings with my right hand. It's cool the first half dozen times then it might as well be just the 'eight stupid motes' part alone. It got pretty boring.

That was a beautiful rendition Bard. Thanks for posting that. Finally, a guy who I can be SURE is playing the song.
