Paging Vancouver TB'rs

I shipped a bass from the states to Vancouver on USPS. The USPS tracking info show it arived on Oct 7th but it has not been delivered. As USPS does not dliver in Canada, does anyone know who delivers for them?

It's a surprise for my daughter at UBC.

i think it depends on the service. if it's regular, it'll be Canada Post. if it goes express, then I think Purolator delivers.

I've found when instruments/gear are shipped from the US to Canada by USPS customs holds it for 4-12 days until it clears. Canada Post takes over from there. The tracking info won't be updated until it clears customs (and usually after it delivers). Just my experiences.
