Cool Painting Designs on the Guitar

Hey, any tips on how to paint designs onto the guitar? im thinking sorta like jimi hendrix's flying kind of thing? any tips or advice would be appreciated

Be really sure you want to live with the designs you choose. A paint job can be cool but it's also fairly permanent (it will leave a mark unless you do a thorough job of removing it).

If you still want to go ahead, then do plenty of practise before starting to work on the bass. If you mess up on a piece of paper, you can throw it away; if you mess up on the bass, you'll have to figure out how to make it good.

No idea, but the guitarist in our band has "wildscene" carved into his guitar, and it's a nice effect, tho' it's pretty beat up.
