What's up with this guy?! When I saw him in concert at a music festival 5 years or so ago his set was this incredible mostly instrumental electro-swamp-dub kinda thing with just him playing a Dan Electro baritone guitar and looping it through a boomerang and a drummer who also played the theremin. It was great...at times hypnotic.
Now every recording I can find of him on archive.org seems to be just straight blues. It was surprising to say the least. I was pretty psyched to find him there on archive.org but now I'm disappointed. Anyone else remember when this guy was more of a dub based act or was that one show I saw an anomaly?
