| It's some of the most beautiful and "honest" new music I've heard in a long time. One artist, one guitar, a mic, and minimal ProTools fixes -- you can hear errors, the sound of his fingers, and even his shirt rustling as he shifts position. Today there's a lot of focus on non-natural sound, very slick and overproduced. This album, while not only being incredibly chock full of gorgeous music, also flies in the face of the overproduced "smooth" sound that's so popular today.
