Current 'policy' change is to hold money from sales for 20 days unless the buyer gives favorable feedback. Not sure if it's for ALL things, but I know it is for what they consider 'risky' sales like computers, cell phones, etc.

Someone got some big kudo's internally for that idea. Interest money has got to have increase greatly inside paypal.

I'm betting that isn't actually true. I have multiple bank accounts, Paypal accounts, and credit cards, so whenever I make a payment with Paypal I have to be very careful to select exactly which funding source I want to pay from. If you don't specify with each and every transaction, then it will just make a selection based on some cookie left behind on a previous transaction. If you really did specify, in that particular transaction, that you were choosing your Paypal balance as a funding source, then in that case they fouled up.

well that may be but ive done many transactions the same way and its always worked before......but even assuming an error on my part you would think they would be willing to help correct it.......instead of screw you we gotcha.......it would seem that far more people are pissed at paypal than at me
