im looking for a sub-$100 (used preferably) tuner that has the input and power jacks all on the top, not the sides. can anyone send me some links of some?

The DT-10 doesn't have many reports of failings. Any pedal can start to crap out after a while, even (though rare) Boss. I'd say the DT-10 is a reliable pedal and your guitarist is somewhat unlucky with his particular model. Could happen to anyone. |

I just got mine. It works really well. HUGE display. Very easy to operate.
