I bought a Comfort Strapp off of The Perfect Bass.com and about an hour later, I received a call from Josh, wanting to greet me and say thanks for buying it from them. They call you the first time you buy something to greet you as a new customer.

I think that's great! It's awesome. To me, it's very valuable that they took the time to create a closer relationship with their customer.

AND I got a 15% discount. They are discounting up to 20% until September the 1st!

Just wanted to make an ad for them, since they made some effort for me.

(For the grammar snobs: Sorry for my english.)

Yeah, I've heard great things about them but every time I go to their website I seem to be broke. Oh well, one day.

I bought an '08 Am. Std. P-Bass from them. They could not have been nicer to deal with.

I've bought a few things from them and had similarly great experiences! One time I even had a problem with something I'd bought...a few years earlier...and called them up asking for help! While the thing I bought was far from under warranty, they dug deep through their files to find out all the pertinent information from my original purchase so I could contact the manufacturer (one they no longer work with). In my opinion, they didn't need to go to such great lengths to make sure I got the help I needed, but they did it anyway! That was Brandt.

+1. I've bought an Aggie DB410, a VT Bass pedal, a tuner and a few other things from TPB. Great folks to deal with.

Dude, with 325 mil. you could start your own Perfect Bass and then give me a new amp just for giving you the idea.
