philips SHS390 (extra bass) headphones for bass amp

If i use these headphones to plug into my bass amp is that fine.

the frequency range is 12 - 22 000 Hz and it is 24 ohm so will it be fine and not wrecked by my 15W bass amp.

the max power input is 100mW so it sound like it should be ok
