This guitar is beautiful in sound and quality for $300. The tones are just lovely! Anyone played one? Any PRS guy's have any suggestions? Thanks! -Luke

I love PRS, a little too much. I've owned 4 but currently have a Modern Eagle and a 20th aniversary Custom 22. We won't get into how much I've sent.

I always loved those guitars. The necks are awesome! I've wanted to get one for quite a while, but amazingly enough, bass purchases usually end up taking my money.

You know the rules. If you don't post pics, it doesn't exist.

Clearly, none of my instruments exist because I don't have a digital camera. Anyway post pics or your PRS's.

I will just as soon as I can figure out how. I don't have a 12 year old around to show me. I just got a F Bass I have not mentioned because of "the rule".

Ben, that sparkle is just atrocious. I love it! Here's another pic of it that shows some more sparkle:

Nice. With the zebra print and Aqua Net, I can definitely see your dad rockin' that one.

Beautiful guitars AxtoOx. Do tell about the F bass.

Edit: saw the thread in Basses. Love it. Looks like the one Tom Hamilton played on Aerosmith's latest tour.

Not to offend anyone but the SE series PRS guitars are budget models, they aren't bad, but they are not the regular ones. The wood is not curved, no flamed maple top. Straight paint job.
For a CE 22 or 24, you're gonna pay $1700. And they are bolt on w/ dot inlays, McCarty's 2500 Customs 2500-3000. I'm embarassed to say what I paid for my Modern Eagle, but it's the most expensive instument I have by far. Special orders can go for the 10's of thousands. I think the Santana model that is the one Carlos plays goes for 5000.
