| You have to have access to your own web space to store the files, then you create links to the files. For images, you can display them "inline" by clicking the "insert image" icon (the little pictue of a mountain) in the editor and entering the URL for the picture (in your own web space). For sounds, or images you want folks to click on to see, you click on the "link" icon (the globe with chain links) and enter the URL.
