Wasn't there, but wish I had been. I was on vacation in the southeastern United States that weekend. I grew up in Milwaukee, WI, about an hour from Alpine Valley and my parents still live there.
One of my close friends and the singer in both my bands, Damon, was pulled up on stage by Glen Hansard (The Frames, the Swell Season) to sing "Falling Slowly." Video here:

They played with Mudhoney, Queens of the Stone Age and The Strokes on the main stage.
PJ has always been a big influence on my music and on my personal life as well. What a great band to see live!
