Planet Waves Mini Tuner...Chromatic??

Is this thing chromatic? My main tuning is E flat (half step flat on all strings) with the occasional drop D flat. I like the idea of this tuner but don't want to recalibrate for this tuning. Thanks!

It is chromatic, and you can change the display from showing sharps (D#) to showing flats (Eb) by pressing and holding the Calibration button until the green "b" icon appears.
