My main bass is a Dingwall ABZ5, which has a 2+3 headstock. I've only seen the NS tuner on 4-inline bass headstocks, and 3+3 and 6-inline guitar headstocks. The 3+3 photos show putting the tuner on the front face of the headstock, which I think looks stupid and amateur.
Is anyone using the Planet Waves tuner on a non-4-inline headstock and can show a quick picture?

The only issue is the on button and frequency button can become bummed - not a huge issue as I think it auto shuts off

From the bass front the average person can't see it

In terms of accuracy, it will depend on where you put the tuner on the headstock (which I understand, a lot of which comes down to where there's room). In some spots, it won't track my B string at all, and in others it's no problem. Hopefully you'll have a couple of options of where to put it. |

Sometimes has problems with the low B registering, but usually a few nudges will get it back into p,ace so it can pick it up, or I fret at fifth fret and it will pick up as 'E' without much problem.

The headstock needs enough flat open space to allow a good grip and Tele-style headstocks don't |
