Please help me find the name of a certain tune!

Hello all!

I'm looking for a tune that I've only heard a few times, and only when out at bars or having a meal somewhere.

The tune seems to revolve around four piano chords, C, D, G, Am, or at least a progression with those intervals. They are played quite slowly with some sort of vocals ontop. However there seems to be a couple of sections with fast blastbeat style drumming with a rimshot on the 3rd beat of every bar. It is quite distinctive because this appears to be the structure of the entire track.
