they really are arrogant, they dont care for customers. I was left hanging on the phone more than 3 times when I asked to speak with a supervisor, also they gave me a lot of silly excuses because my order didnt ship on time, like they are doing inventory, the system crash, we are moving our warehouse, your card got declined after we ran the purchase, they told me that after I talked to my bank and found out my card was charged the whole amount. I finally decided to cancel my order after waiting almost a week for them just to ship the bass. Please avoid them at any cost, and avoid yourself a real pain in the neck, and please help me pass the word to all the musicians out there. Its not fair we are threated like this from retailers. Thanks!

Gee, I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I've purchased a number of instruments over the past 4 years or so...and they even did price drop on a bass I saw cheaper on another site. They beat them and dropped it even more!

I ordered some accessories from them once. Just some strings, pics, minor stuff. Took forever and a day to get to my place. Never shopping there again.

I've had good and bad experiences with them - mostly bad. You may have noticed the layout of their website changed recently. You may also have noticed that their inventory now appears to mimic what Musician's Friend offers. Did they just pull a Zzounds/SameDayMusic (same stuff, different website) thing on us?

I've always had good results with American Musical Supply...

I never had a problem ordering or receiving products from Music123. Maybe they just treat their Florida customers better

It said right on their page last week they are actually physically moving one of their main inventory depots, and to expect a few delays on some orders.

It's totally cool if you missed the notice, waiting with no apparent reason makes one angry, but just letting you know there may have been an actual posted issue that you happened to miss.

Sorry to hear you had a bag go round with them, but sometimes even a good company screws up.

If I'm not mistaken, I think they got gobbled up by the Guitar Center empire recently.

My experience has been 50/50. They didn't shipped a bundled item included with an offer, but when I called about it, they were nice and fixed the problem.

But I rather use either AMS or MF.

Ordered a strap and it took forever to arrive...quick to charge my card...took a few phone calls to get things straight.

Not somewhere I would shop if I could help it.
