they really are arrogant, they dont care for customers. I was left hanging on the phone more than 3 times when I asked to speak with a supervisor, also they gave me a lot of silly excuses because my order didnt ship on time, like they are doing inventory, the system crash, we are moving our warehouse, your card got declined after we ran the purchase, they told me that after I talked to my bank and found out my card was charged the whole amount. I finally decided to cancel my order after waiting almost a week for them just to ship the bass. Please avoid them at any cost, and avoid yourself a real pain in the neck, and please help me pass the word to all the musicians out there. Its not fair we are threated like this from retailers. Thanks! |
